June 21, 2004 -- iFreedom announces its World Wide calling feature which allows its customers to make international calls through their state of the art VoIP network. This feature is now INCLUDED in the US PLUS and ZONE 1 Residential and Business Calling plans. There are no set up fees, or additional monthly fees for this feature and you only pay for the calls you make.

A few examples of their extremely low and competitive rates: calls to China, Japan or South Korea for just $0.04 per minute. Portugal, $0.05, Puerto Rico $0.07, and Philippines $0.19 per minute. A complete list of rates and country codes is available on the website.

This enhanced feature becomes part of the Global Connect Zone 1 calling plan which already includes unlimited flat-rate calling to a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) phone in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and regions in Mexico that include Guadalajara and Mexico City, for $59.95 per month.

World Wide calling has also been added to the Global Connect U.S. Plus plan which includes unlimited flat-rate calling to a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) phone in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. for $39.95 per month.

All iFreedom calling plans are available to any consumer, anywhere in the world, with an iFreedom device (which is free with the service) and their high-speed internet access which they currently have. All of these service plans also include UNLIMITED worldwide calling from any iFreedom device to any other iFreedom device.
